Watch yourself in performance at MWA events. That should encourage practice!
 
Chat with your fellow students.  Last year our Lab Monitors used a bulletin board in the lab to communicate – there were post-it notes with push-pins holding multiple messages in our 'communication center'!   We're now moving into more efficient communication on a Facebook page!
